Bradley Fisher

Bradley graduated from the University of Northwestern-St. Paul in August of 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. After graduating, he joined his parents, David and Lisa Fisher, to manage the Fisher family office. Bradley’s drive and determination led to a quick evolution of his role. As he was seeking syndicated offerings for a growing network of friends and family investors, he came across a JV development opportunity with INH Properties. After getting involved with the development of The Emerald in 2021, Rise Capital Partners was formed as the primary operating business, headed up by Bradley and his father, David. 

Bradley has executed sophisticated multifamily developments and acquisition transactions valued at over $160 million, including complex 1031 exchanges. He oversees all daily operations of the business and the substantial multifamily development pipeline. His team is currently asset managing 810 units (348 of which are under construction) and actively evaluating future prospective projects. 

 Bradley lives in the growing community of Rogers, MN with his wife, Kristin, their daughter, and their two dogs. In his free time, he enjoys snuggling with his baby girl, smoking meat, and spending time outdoors.
