Brianna Jones

Brianna graduated from Simpson College with a Bachelor's in Accounting & Business Administration in 2018. Following graduation, she started as an auditor with KPMG. After gaining audit and leadership experience, she joined the internal audit team at UnitedHealth Group. There she gained a deeper understanding of processes and controls and continued to grow as a leader. 

In 2021, Brianna joined ExchangeRight Real Estate where most of her tenure as Accounting Manager was spent leading the Equity team. As a part of this responsibility, she collaborated with colleagues to reinvent how the company was tracking, distributing, and reporting investor equity holdings. She also worked closely with the Investor Relations team to ensure the company was stewarding investor funds with fidelity and integrity. 

In 2023, Brianna joined her family at Rise Capital Partners as Controller. Her responsibilities include tracking and reporting financials for Rise and its affiliates, supporting investor relations, and improving financial processes. 

Brianna lives in Chaska, MN with her husband and son. In her free time, she enjoys cooking for her family, playing tennis, and painting.
