Lisa Fisher

Lisa has been a co-investor with her husband, David, for 25+ years, holding investment in over 5,000 Class B apartment units throughout that time. She began her career as a Special Education teacher in 1991. In 1999, she and David decided to homeschool their children. In addition to educating her children, she closely stewarded the design, development, and construction of 7 residential homes and an office design for ExchangeRight Real Estate. For each of these designs, she worked from conception to completion.  

In 2021, Lisa joined Rise Capital Partners as Director of Design, overseeing the design processes for multifamily development projects. She collaborates with the team to create a design concept, select finishes, and procure furniture, fixtures, and equipment. She is in constant communication with the architectural and general contracting teams, reviewing construction documents and transmittals to ensure accuracy.  

Lisa lives in Minnetrista, MN with her husband, David. In her free time, she enjoys seeing her children become parents, biking, and hosting family holidays.
